Policies
Please come to your appointment with no eye makeup and contact free. There will be an additional fee for having to remove eye makeup (full sets AND fills). Please be prepared to lie still for at least 90 minutes.
Cancellations/Noshows- In any event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please notify us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that an occasional missed appointment due to unavoidable events can happen. However, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file at least 50% of the scheduled service price when canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If there is no credit card on file, 50% of the scheduled appointment missed Will have to be paid before any future services can be scheduled.
Because we are typically scheduled with back to back appointments, it is imperative that you arrive at your scheduled start time. Failure to honor this policy may result in being asked to reschedule, and will be considered a no-show. Charges may apply.
Guests- due to Covid-19 restrictions, no additional guests will be permitted in for your appointment. This is for everyone’s safety and to abide by state regulations.
For insurance reasons, no children under the age of 12 are permitted into the salon during your appointment.
Refunds- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for services performed. If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with our services, we strongly encourage open communication with your artist. We appreciate all feedback, negative or positive, from our clients to better serve you.
